Submission Form

Feel free to use the following form to contact Leni's Rising Star or to sign the guestbook. Please note that the guestbook is not an automated one, and submissions are added in manually (generally within a few days).

In an effort to combat the enormous amount of spam submissions sent in to this site, please note that web links are not allowed (in any of the form fields)! If your comments are about a specific page/section on this site, please reference it's name/title, not it's web address (URL). For those making a guestbook submission, refer to Step 4 (below) of this form if you have a personal or educational web site that you would like to include a link to along with your posted comments.

There are several simple and easy steps to this submission form:

• Step 1: Human Verification (to ensure that it is a real person making the submission to this form, rather than an automated, computerized "spambot")
• Step 2: Submission Type (whether your submission is a guestbook submission, question/comment for the site owner, or an error/bug report)
